  • Facebook Page Data: When you connect your Facebook Page, we access:
    • Page Profile: Name, Username, Page ID, and Access Tokens.
    • Page Content: Feed posts, comments, and reactions to enable automated comment moderation and replies.
    • Page Messages: Incoming direct messages (DMs) to provide automated responses via AI.
    • Page Insights: Analytics data to generate performance reports.
  • Message Data: Through WhatsApp and Facebook Webhooks, we receive and process:
    • Incoming messages (text, media) and comments.
    • Sender's public profile information (Name, ID/Phone Number).
    • Message timestamps and status updates (sent, delivered, read).

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: As our service is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform, data is processed in accordance with Meta's Data Processing Terms.
