Jeepno Automation provides a comprehensive enterprise-grade platform for social commerce automation. Our services include:

  • Professional WhatsApp Management: automate customer support and manage compliant business notifications.
  • Facebook Page Management: Tools to connect Facebook Pages, automate comment replies, manage direct messages, and view analytics.
  • AI Automation: Intelligent response generation for both WhatsApp and Facebook interactions.
  • Order Management: A system to track and process orders received via social channels.

We rely on third-party services, including the Meta/WhatsApp Business API.

3. Refund & Usage Clarity

Jeepno Automation is a business automation software platform.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only if the service fails to activate due to a technical issue caused by Jeepno Automation. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. No refunds are provided after successful service activation.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee sales, leads, or business results.
  • Policy Violations: Accounts suspended or restricted due to Facebook or WhatsApp policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Third-Party Charges: Charges related to third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp, AI providers) are non-refundable.
  • Usage Restrictions: Users may message only customers who have opted in or initiated contact. Spam, abuse, or misuse of automation features may result in account suspension.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Send unsolicited mass messages (spam).
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud users.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers such as Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp) and AI providers (OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jeepno Automation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

9. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

10. AI Usage

AI features provided by Jeepno Automation are assistive in nature and are intended to help businesses respond to customer-initiated interactions. AI does not send messages autonomously without user context or configuration.

11. Data Deletion & Account Removal

Users may request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@jeepno.online from their registered email address. Upon verification, Jeepno Automation will permanently delete the data unless retention is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
